This is going to be some kind of spiritual educaional relationship in the context of what is yours is not always mine.

      The concept of Airboy Tibet Inc. This and these ideas did not come easy nor at cost sweat pain or suffering to myself and friends you cannot be without wheather your caught up in a slide of a competative edge and somebody ate a can spinage and the edge on your  own throat . My idea is if your going to add insult to injury, somebody's going to find out about you. I just like alot of guys convience looking at good looking persons of the opposite sex and learning sexual related activities of others is very much lately not been on my agenda of important things I think are important that I want to pass on to you and I will be honest and tell you I have alot of imaginary lovers I notice some peaple should be so lucky.

     First of all Tinker bell went to the library and the book store and found out that when the state in which you incorporate sends you this info they want to know when your first minutes meeting will be and who will be the officers in a corporation there are times and things that you vote on and there are rules and principals and law on who can vote on them. When you file incorpoation status and you happen to be looking for funding or financial backing you have to pay the fees every year even while the company is really in name only and it hasn't made any money. If you make any money or hire anyone in the type corporation that Tinkerbell had you have to pay social security taxes and probably file for a business license. When you start to think about things like who mite be interested in becoming financialy associated you have to think about  are they good persons are they inscrutable oneman bands associated with what they call bucket shops are and is the hard businees associations even with a bank safe in those days of 1995 or even today.

     I have sort of been talking to my friend here at the computer terminal and sort of what we think has transpired and what we know now we want to establish the idea of a contest that would interest especialy those peaple that may have a liking of spaceships and airplanes and to the little kids that we so much must depend on our future for establish some sort of communication and consult what we think would be good luck  and Karma for improving the design idea and the management future for building it.
